Neuhy is a fully certified Peak Pilates® Instructor, having completed her comprehensive certification here at Studio BE Pilates. A former childhood and teen dancer and cheerleader, Neuhy is also a certified Booty Barre instructor. Neuhy’s lifelong passion for bringing fitness to others led her to turn her love for Pilates and Barre into instructor certifications for each. Now, she enjoys working with clients of all levels that have the desire to challenge themselves and work towards their peak fitness state. 

An American University alumnus, Neuhy works full-time outside the studio as a certified public accountant in the private sector. 

What is your favorite thing about being a Pilates teacher?

I love building relationships with my clients and watching them evolve. 

What is your greatest fear?

Failure. 

Have you ever met anyone famous?

Natalie Portman! Before her acting career, we were kids that lived across the street from one another and went to each other’s birthday parties. I wonder if she remembers me?
